The Bay, a Canadian luxury retailer, partnered with Emplifi to collect and showcase customer reviews from its brand partners' websites.

As the Syndication Data Analyst for Emplifi, I lead the process that resulted in 2.4+ million reviews being collected for The Bay.

Highlighted Stats:
● Emplifi syndication integrated native reviews with imported reviews from 332 major brands, resulting in a 19% increase in overall review volume within three months.
● The streamlined onboarding process allowed new brands to easily join, contributing to improved review coverage and increased brand engagement.
● Emplifi's syndication team supported The Bay throughout the process, offering guidance on review management and keeping the eCommerce team informed.
● The Bay collected over 2.4 million syndicated reviews, including 350,000 in just one quarter, leading to better customer insights and a reduced cart abandonment rate.
● The increased review volume provided more visibility into popular products, shopping habits, and trends, enhancing The Bay's understanding of different product categories.
